Growth isn’t just about mindset it’s also about movement. Join Phil every Wednesday from 5:00–5:45 PM for a guided workout built around strength, community, and consistency.

Here’s what to know:

  • Sign up to work out with Phil it’s free for the day and your first two weeks
  • The $75 initial fee is waived when you join
  • Bring proper attire and tennis shoes
  • Phil will guide you through his workout routine and introduce you to the equipment

This weekly session is a chance to invest in your health, find accountability, and build strength, physically and mentally.
